Quantum Lynx LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and their patients. We follow applicable HIPAA regulations and provide Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) as required.
Do not send patient information
This site is not for PHI. Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, or other patient details in any form. If an engagement requires PHI, we sign a BAA first and agree on a secure way to exchange it.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, work email, facility, role, and the priority you select.
- Readiness Check results, if you choose to send them: your score, tier, and top exposures.
- Website activity, if you accept cookies: pages viewed, the site or campaign that referred you, and basic device and browser details.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare for a consult, and send the summary you requested.
- To follow up about services that fit your request.
- To measure and improve this site.
Who processes it
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services. These providers help us run this site and respond to you:
- HubSpot, to manage contacts, forms, and scheduling.
- Apollo, to add public company details based on your work email domain and, if you accept cookies, to understand company visits.
- Google Analytics, to measure site use if you accept cookies.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, to block automated form submissions.
- Vercel, to host this site.
- Formspree, as a backup so your request still reaches us if our main system is down.
